- How To clean Your Teeth
- Successful Self-Dentistry - Nadine Artemis (January 2010)
- Key Points:
- It is a myth that bacteria feed off sugar forming acid, which attacks the enamel, causing tooth decay. A healthy tooth does not decay, even in the presence of acids. The key is eating a traditional diet containing fat soluble vitamins and minerals.
- Teeth are living and are thus able to repair to a large extent.
- Toothpastes are full of toxic chemicals based a round a flavoured soap formula. Glycerine from the toothpaste coats our teeth, preventing minerals entering tooth (preventing natural repair).
-
- Rinse your mouth with a jar of brine water (1/4 cup sea salt).
- Scrape your tongue using the back of a spoon.
- Brush your gums @ 45 degree angles using a soft dry brush dipped in sea salt (or Dr. Bronners Castille Soap).
- Brush the enamel of the teeth gently using dry baking soda.
- Floss bits of debrie out from between teeth.
